Acceptable Use

Rules that protect users, third parties, and the service from harmful short links.

Last updated: 2026-07-17

Prohibited content and conduct

Do not use zrl.kr for phishing, malware, spam, credential theft, fraud, impersonation, harassment, exploitation, unlawful content, privacy violations, rights infringement, sanctions evasion, or instructions whose primary purpose is causing harm or bypassing security controls.

No deceptive links

Do not use an alias, surrounding message, redirect chain, password screen, or destination to conceal material risk, misrepresent identity or affiliation, imitate a trusted service, or induce a person to disclose information, transfer value, install software, or take an action under false pretenses.

Security and automation

Do not probe, disrupt, overload, scrape abusively, reverse engineer access controls, introduce malicious code, reuse leaked credentials, evade blocks, or bypass creation, authentication, unlock, quota, or API limits. Use only documented API access and keep issued credentials secret.

Rights and personal data

Do not submit content or personal data unless you have a lawful basis and all required permissions. Do not use the service to expose private information, violate intellectual-property or publicity rights, or facilitate surveillance or discrimination prohibited by law.

Reports

Report a suspicious link through the report form with the short code and a concise factual reason. Do not submit passwords, secret tokens, or unnecessary personal data. A report is not proof of a violation and does not guarantee a particular outcome or response time.

Enforcement

We may reject, disable, block, preserve, or investigate links; suspend accounts; revoke sessions or API keys; and cooperate with valid legal requests. We may prioritize credible risk and are not obligated to monitor every link. Enforcement does not transfer responsibility for a destination from its creator or operator to zrl.kr.
