Effect, scope, and priority
Revised: 2026-07-17. Effective immediately upon publication. This Disclaimer is incorporated into the Terms and exclusively governs assumption of risk, warranties, availability, service interruption, external destinations, release, indemnity, damages, and liability limits. If another service description is inconsistent on those subjects, this Disclaimer controls. It applies to the maximum extent permitted by law; any non-excludable exception is limited to the minimum scope the law requires, is not extended by analogy, and does not affect the remaining provisions.
User risk and our limited role
You choose whether and how to use zrl.kr and assume all risk from creating, sharing, opening, relying on, or failing to preserve a link, destination, alias, receipt, account, or API credential. You must independently check legality, suitability, security, accuracy, and backups. zrl.kr supplies technical functions only and is not the publisher, editor, seller, broker, adviser, guarantor, agent, or party to a user or destination transaction.
Changes, suspension, and loss
We may change the service, methods, limits, conditions, interfaces, aliases, or availability, or suspend or discontinue any part, at any time and without prior notice. We may try to provide notice when practical but have no obligation to do so. Resulting claims are governed by the exclusion and cap below.
External sites, user conduct, and release
We do not control, endorse, investigate, or accept responsibility for an external site, operator, content, product, service, security, privacy practice, charge, promise, or transaction. Those dealings and all unlawful conduct, rights infringement, deception, damage, and consequences caused by your use are solely your responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release the operator and its personnel from related claims and liabilities.
No warranties; exclusion and cap
zrl.kr is provided “as is” and “as available” without express, implied, or statutory warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator and its personnel have no liability whatsoever under contract, tort, negligence, statute, restitution, or any other theory for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive claim, loss, damage, cost, or expense related to zrl.kr, a link, or a destination. If liability cannot be fully excluded, aggregate liability is limited to the amount the claimant actually paid for zrl.kr during the 12 months before the event.
Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operator and its personnel from third-party claims, investigations, liabilities, losses, judgments, and reasonable legal costs arising from your use, destination, content, credentials, violation of law or policy, or infringement of another person’s rights, except to the extent caused by our unlawful conduct.
