Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using zrl.kr, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. You must not use the service if you cannot form a binding agreement, are prohibited by law, or are under 14 without legally valid guardian consent.
Service scope
zrl.kr provides the short-link creation, redirect, and management functions shown in the interface without charge in this service version. Assumption of risk, warranties, availability, and liability are governed exclusively by the incorporated Disclaimer.
Creation limits
The service applies 250 successful account creations per month in total, including up to 150 API creations, and anonymous limits of 5 per hour and 20 per day per privacy-preserving network bucket. Failed requests and idempotent API replays do not consume creation quota. Limits are access controls, not purchased capacity, stored value, property, or a service-level commitment, and may be changed prospectively for security, capacity, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Your representations and responsibility
You are solely responsible for each destination, alias, note, account, receipt, API key, and use of a short link. You confirm that you have the rights and lawful authority needed for submitted content and that neither the short link nor its destination is deceptive, unlawful, harmful, or infringing. You remain responsible when another person acts through credentials or receipts you failed to protect.
Accounts and credentials
Provide accurate account information and protect passwords, sessions, management receipts, API keys, and authenticator access. Notify us through a published contact channel if access may be compromised.
Enforcement and discontinuation
We may reject creation, disable or block links, suspend accounts, revoke access, preserve evidence, limit features, or discontinue all or part of the service for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, capacity, maintenance, or as otherwise stated in the Disclaimer. A failure to act in one case does not waive the right to act later.
No fees, credits, or compensation
This service version charges no fee. Quotas, links, aliases, receipts, API access, availability, and discontinued features have no cash value and create no right to a refund, credit, reimbursement, lost-profit payment, or other compensation. Any future paid offering will require separate pricing and terms presented before purchase.
Governing rules and disputes
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. A dispute must be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. Before filing, the parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve the issue through a published support channel.
Disclaimer incorporation and priority
The separate Disclaimer is incorporated into these Terms and exclusively governs assumption of risk, warranties, availability, service interruption, external destinations, release, indemnity, damages, and liability limits, subject to its stated mandatory-law exceptions.
Changes and severability
We may update these Terms prospectively by publishing a new date and revised text. Material changes apply after reasonable notice where required by law. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited only as necessary and the remaining provisions continue in effect. These Terms and the linked policies form the entire service agreement unless separate written terms expressly apply.
